Industrial On-Line Non-Contact DOT-MATRIX Large Character Ink Jet Printer Model IJP – A200 (60mm), which is a Zero Maintenance, TWO line (character height 10~60mm by print head rotation) Printer & can be used on Porous / Non-Porous products to print B.No., Exp.Date, Time, Serial No. (AGMARK), Logos, etc. on labels, cartons, pouches, containers, etc. It can be equipped with one print head (16 dots) or optionally 2 print heads (7 dots), each separately controlled, can be set for different speeds, dot size, printing delay etc. The RS-232 port can be used to connect to PC and PLC. Files can be transferred using the USB port. It is an ultra-compact and light inkjet printer equipped with a print-head with electromagnetic valves. Can design graphics and text directly on the touch screen.

This printer is fully Electronic &does not have any viscosity control unit, filters, etc. & so there is no maintenance required (No AMC). It does not require separate make up or wash solution as everything is included in the ink cartridges making it very user friendly for the Operator. The running / Printing cost is only about 33 Paisa per impression (20 char of 50 mm height).
